Is this real, and how pure?

Every compound is tested by HPLC and runs ≥98% purity — most clear 99%. Identity and purity come from the synthesis lab, not a reseller's word.

Ask for the COA on any compound before you order. If we can't show you the batch report, we don't ship it.

Can I see a COA before I buy?

Yes. Ask for any compound's COA before you order and we'll send the current batch's certificate of analysis — purity, mass spec, and identity. We'd rather you verify than trust us blind.

Where does it come from?

We source straight from the lab that synthesizes these compounds and ship the sealed vial to you — same vial, same batch as the COA. We don't repackage, dilute, or relabel. To be clear: we're a reseller between that lab and you, and the lab ships directly. What you get is exactly what the certificate covers.

How do I order? Is there a cart?

Yes, there's a cart. Add what you want, check out, and pay by card, crypto, or Cash App / Zelle / Venmo. Paid orders are dispatched within 24 hours with tracking. Bulk or custom orders? Email us.

How do you ship? Is it discreet?

Plain packaging, no labels that say what's inside, no branding. Tracking provided on every order.

If customs holds a package, we reship once at no extra cost. Stuck shipments happen — we cover the first one.

How do I pay?

At checkout you can pay by card (via PayPal), crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH), or Cash App / Zelle / Venmo. We never store your card — card payments are handled by the payment processor, not us.

How should I store it?

Lyophilized (powder) vials are stable refrigerated and tolerate short transit at room temperature. For long holds, freeze.

Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated and use within the window for that compound. Storage specifics ship with the order.

Do you tell me how to dose it?

No. We supply the compound and the specs — purity, mass, CAS. We don't prescribe, diagnose, or hand out protocols. What you do with it is your call and your responsibility.

Is this legal? Is it FDA-approved?

Nothing here is FDA-approved, and none of it is sold with a medical claim. Legal status varies by where you are — that's on you to know.

What's the risk, really?

These are compounds without approval for human use, and some carry risks that aren't fully characterized. You take on full responsibility for any purchase, use, and outcome — including risks not yet known.

Something arrived wrong. What now?

If a vial arrives damaged or an order is wrong on our end, contact us with your tracking and we'll make it right. Customs holds get one free reship. We stand behind what we send.

Scope of guarantee

The shipping guarantee applies strictly to peptide products only. All other categories — including but not limited to oils and tablets — are excluded from any delivery guarantee, reshipment policy, or compensation under all circumstances.

Guaranteed regions

We provide guaranteed delivery for peptide shipments to the United States, the United Kingdom, and most European countries. If a peptide shipment hits customs issues in these regions, we provide one free reshipment.

Restricted regions (higher risk)

For New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Mexico, and Malaysia, customs clearance success is roughly 80%–95%.

If a peptide shipment is detained, seized, or destroyed by customs, a 50% reshipping fee (based on the original order amount) must be paid before any reshipment is arranged. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Customer responsibility

You are fully responsible for understanding and complying with your local import regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, or for the seizure, destruction, or rejection of non-guaranteed items (including oils and tablets).
