Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Aveum ("we," "us") keeps data collection to the minimum needed to answer your inquiry, take an order, and ship it. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us — name or alias, email, and any messaging handle you reach out from.
  • Order details — the compounds you ask about, shipping address, and delivery preferences.
  • Payment confirmation — we do not store card numbers. Card payments are handled by the payment processor; for crypto or payment-app orders we record only the transaction reference you provide so we can match your payment.
  • Consent record — the age and research-use confirmations you tick at checkout, with a timestamp, stored alongside your order.
  • Basic site data — anonymous, aggregate analytics (pages viewed) to keep the site working. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and process and ship your order.
  • To provide tracking, handle customs issues, and arrange reshipments.
  • To confirm you meet the 21+ age requirement and our terms.

Discreet handling

Orders ship in plain packaging with no product branding. We share only what a carrier needs to deliver. We are not in the business of building profiles on you.

Who we share with

Only service providers required to complete your order — shipping carriers and the payment method you choose. We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers, ever.

Retention

We keep order records only as long as needed to support the order and any reship or dispute, then remove them. Tell us if you want your details deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete your information. Reach out at aveumlab@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited data we hold. No method is perfectly secure, but we collect little by design so there is little to expose.
