Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 2026
You are the importer of record. Customs and import risk is entirely yours. We ship worldwide, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any package will clear customs, and we are not liable for shipments seized, held, or destroyed by any authority.
This Shipping Policy explains dispatch timing, packaging, tracking, delivery estimates, and — most importantly — who bears the risk once a package is in transit. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Dispatch and processing
Orders are fulfilled by a third-party manufacturer who dropships directly to you. Orders typically dispatch within a few business days of confirmed payment, though timing is controlled by the manufacturer and may vary with batch availability, holidays, and order volume. Crypto orders dispatch after the payment confirms on-chain.
2. Packaging
Shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions of the contents visible on the outside. Vials are packed to protect against ordinary transit handling. Discreet packaging is standard practice; it is not a guarantee against inspection.
3. Tracking
A tracking number is provided once the carrier generates it. Tracking reflects carrier scans and may lag behind the package's actual position, especially across international borders. Please follow your tracking and be available to receive or collect the package.
4. Worldwide shipping and delivery estimates
We ship to most countries. Any delivery timeframe shown is an estimate only, not a guaranteed delivery date. Transit times vary widely by destination, carrier, customs processing, and factors outside our control. We do not refund or compensate for delivery that is slower than an estimate.
5. Customs and import risk (buyer's responsibility)
As the buyer you are the importer of record. That means:
- You are solely responsible for knowing whether these compounds may be lawfully imported into, possessed in, and used in your country, state, and locality — before you order.
- You are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, or fees your jurisdiction imposes on the shipment.
- You accept all risk that a shipment may be inspected, delayed, opened, held, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs or any other authority.
- We make no guarantee of delivery through customs and no representation that import is lawful where you are.
6. Seized, held, lost, or damaged packages
- Seized or held by customs: This is an import risk you accept as importer of record. We are not legally liable for packages seized, held, detained, or destroyed by customs or any authority. As a goodwill guarantee only (not a legal obligation), we apply the regional reshipment policy in the next section.
- Lost by the carrier: If tracking confirms a genuine loss in transit (not a customs hold), we may, at our sole discretion and once per order, arrange one free reshipment after a reasonable investigation window. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Damaged on arrival: If a vial arrives broken or the package is damaged in transit, file a claim within 48–72 hours of delivery with photo proof under our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Wrong address: Packages misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided are not our responsibility and are not refunded or reshipped.
7. Reshipment guarantee by region (goodwill)
The guarantee below is a discretionary goodwill accommodation and applies to peptide products only — oils, tablets, and other categories are excluded from any delivery guarantee or reshipment. It does not create legal liability and does not override the customs-risk allocation above.
- Guaranteed regions — United States, United Kingdom, and most of Europe: if a peptide shipment is held or fails to clear customs, we provide one free reshipment.
- Higher-risk regions — New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Mexico, and Malaysia (roughly 80–95% clearance): if a peptide shipment is detained, seized, or destroyed, a 50% reship fee (of the original order value) applies before any reshipment. No refunds are issued.
8. No liability for customs outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aveum is not liable for any loss, cost, penalty, or legal consequence arising from customs seizure, import restriction, or the legality of importing these compounds into your jurisdiction. Placing an order confirms you accept this risk in full.
